EduMedia Development, Corp. was founded on the idea that there are areas of technical education that have not been fully addressed with respect to new methodologies and recent advances in media presentation. There are also many subjects which with our new methods of instruction allows EduMedia to reach very large audiences by introducing new learning methodologies to subjects that in the past have been stale in content, their delivery uninteresting and the feedback to students minimal. Our patent for this new learning methodology is in the application process.

EduMedia Development’s first text publication, “CMOS IC Layout: A Guide to Topological Chip Design” is combined with student versions of very high-end Computer Aided Design (CAD) layout and verification software tools from our strategic partner, Mentor Graphics, Inc. Mentor Graphics is a leader in the CAD/CAE and FPGA software arenas and is in full support of our efforts to bring new areas of learning to those who in the past may have been left behind Student versions of other tools from our strategic partner will also be combined with the next two texts and internet learning offerings which are presently in writing.

In addition to text publications, seminar creation and delivery, EduMedia Development is targeting the large instructional market by using the Internet as the classroom with our servers delivering the lectures and our “E-Mentors” providing project and exercise reviews. The material for these E-Mentored classes comes from EduMedia Development’s own text publications and each student will use the EduMedia Development’s text which again will be combined with the appropriate student versions of high-end CAD tools. In every instance, delivering the most effective learning experience at a very competitive price at the lowest possible cost to the student is our absolute goal.

Additionally, all of EduMedia Developments instructional programs will be available through California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, California.
